Truth is, this is one set of instructions you don’t really need – epresso is so easy to use. But just in case, here goes:
Go to epresso.com.au and tap ‘order your coffee’
(makes sense, doesn’t it).
You’ll be prompted to sign in. If you haven’t set up an epresso account yet, you can do this now by tapping ‘Not registered yet?’.
Okay, we’re in.
If you have saved a ‘favourite’ order previously, you can choose that favourite now to shortcut the process (we call this a one click fix). Otherwise, choose the café you want to pick up from, then create your coffee.
epresso is designed so you can get exactly what you want – the number of shots, type of milk, even the number of sugars (although why you’d want sugar, we can’t imagine).
To add another coffee to your order (after all, some of us have friends), just click ‘add another’ and repeat the process.
When you’ve finished, tap ‘next’ to set your pickup time.
epresso will automatically check with the café and show you the next available pick up time for your order, but if that doesn’t suit, you can use the drop down menu to choose a different time that does.
Tap ‘check time‘ and epresso will confirm the café can meet your pickup time.
Then give your order summary a final check to make sure it’s exactly what you want, and tap ‘place order now‘ to send your order to the coffee shop.
If the countdown ‘times out’ while you are on this screen, just tap ‘check time’ again and place your order.
Your account will be debited by the amount shown, and you will be sent an email confirming your order.
When you get to the café, your coffee(s) will be ready for you in the pickup zone, piping hot and fragrant with the aroma of fresh espresso. (You can tell which ones are yours – they’ll have your first name and initial on them.)
